Survivor Profiles: Frank Stern

Frank Stern was born in Frankfurt, Germany. In April 1939, following the events of Kristallnacht, ten-year-old Frank and his family left Germany for Switzerland. From April to July 1939, Frank stayed in Switzerland before immigrating to England. In February 1940, Frank and his family left for the United States on an armed merchant ship from Southhampton, England, to New York.
