Illinois Holocaust Museum Renovation

IHMEC is now embarking on a bold new venture, modernizing our Skokie structure and creating a new Welcome Center designed to hold vastly more guests of all ages and abilities, while serving as an engaging orientation to the Museum and its multiple exhibitions. The redesigned Center will include updated security and ticket offices, a
redesigned state-of-the-art auditorium, exhibition reflection space, and more restrooms. The new Welcome Center will improve the visitor experience through increased accessibility and more intuitive wayfinding; and provide expanded facilities to meet the growing needs of visitors and the community.

We are seeking a Construction Partner who understands the sensitivity required to execute a detailed renovation project within the confines of an operating facility as well as following a clear, defined, timeframe.

Documents regarding this project are available at the links below. For questions, email Andy Poticha, Owner’s Representative at andy@dcc-inc.net
