We are located at 360 N. State Street in downtown River North, Chicago. Please check our Plan Your Visit page for hours, ticket pricing, and directions.
Depending on your interests, visits could range from 90 minutes to two and a half hours.
Visitors can leave and return on the same day only.
Yes, photography is permitted throughout the entire Museum.
Yes, tickets are all inclusive. Reservations must be made for VR and Holography at no additional cost.
Starting in September, the Museum will offer free admission on the last Wednesday of each month. Additionally, the Museum is a member of Bank of America’s Museums on Us program. Bank of America cardholders offers free general admission – during the first full weekend of every month – at the Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center.
- Visitors may bring bags up to backpack size. Bags larger than a backpack will not be permitted.
- Visitors can bring food, however eating is not permitted in the gallery spaces.
