Race for Humanity 5K and Kids 1K Fun Run

Everyone can take a stand for humanity. Now you can take a running start!

This third annual city-wide race supports the Museum’s mission to empower individuals to speak out against hatred, prejudice, and indifference. The scenic, USATF certified race, will begin and end outside Illinois Holocaust Museum and will take participants along a portion of the North Branch Bike Trail, through beautiful Harms Woods.

All participants will receive a commemorative T-shirt and a free Museum admission. The race is chip-timed and will take place rain or shine.

Be sure that you’re ready to run by Tuesday, May 1, when online registration closes! Registration day-of is strongly discouraged. For any sign up’s on race day, your run will not be chipped time. 

Not a Runner? Not a problem! We invite you to walk the course, strollers are welcome..
