Request Form
REGISTRATION PROCESS
A completed registration form must be received by our Education Department in order to process and confirm your request. You will receive confirmation of your registration within 2-3 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE: Your field trip date is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation letter.

Request forms are processed in the order in which they are received and according to availability. We will try our best to fill your request but cannot make any guarantees. Please provide us with at least three weeks’ notice in advance of your requested date.
  
  
If you wish to request multiple visit dates and times, please fill out one request form for each proposed visit.
 
For quicker processing of weekday field trip requests, please check our lists of available dates, which are subject to change:
  • Grades 7-12
  • Grades 3-6

Payment Method

IHMEC requires a $50 deposit (or payment in full, if your total amount due is less than $50) to hold your scheduled field trip. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your trip. We will hold your tour spot for 15 business days after sending your confirmation letter. If payment is not received within that time frame, the tour spot will be released for other school groups.
