Scholarship Application for CPS Teachers

Through the generous support of Polk Bros. Foundation, full scholarships are available for Chicago Public School educators.  Scholarships subsize the entire cost of the Institute. To apply for a scholarship, please submit a statement of need and why you wish to attend our Institute. Letters must be written on school or district letterhead with an original signature.

Scholarship applications should be mailed to:

Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center
Attn: Summer Institutes (Scholarship Application)
9603 Woods Drive
Skokie, IL 60077

Recommended Lodging

For participants coming from farther suburbs, out-of-state, or out-of-the-country, we recommend staying at the DoubleTree Chicago North Shore. Be sure to mention you are staying for the IHMEC Summer Institutes to receive a discounted rate. The DoubleTree will provide a shuttle to and from the Museum. Just reserve your spot when you check in.
