FAQ

How do I sign up?

To attend, you must register via email or fax your registration (form available for download here) to 847.967.4804.

Seating is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. A maximum of two teachers per school may register.

Payment for all programs must be received at time of registration. Registration forms are processed in the order they are received and according to availability.

How much does it cost to attend a teacher training workshop?

Teacher trainings cost between $15 and $20 per educator. Our teacher training program is generously supported by the Sherman Family Philanthropic Fund and Polk Bros. Foundation.

Payment can be made via school/personal check or credit cards. Checks should be made payable to Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 60 days after registration or 14 days prior to the workshop date to receive a full refund. To cancel your reservation, please email education@ilhmec.org.

Can I obtain graduate credit for these workshops?

Sorry, graduate credit is not available for our one-day workshops at this time. Each workshop provides CPDUs. For intensive, week-long seminars that offer the opportunity to receive graduate credit, please look into our Summer Institutes for Secondary Educators.
