How do I sign up?
To attend, please complete and return a registration form by fax, mail, or email. Seating is limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. A maximum of two teachers per school may register.
How much does it cost to attend a teacher training workshop?
All teacher training workshops are free for current classroom teachers at the appropriate grade level. Our teacher training program is generously supported by the Sherman Family Philanthropic Fund.
Where are your workshops held?
All teacher training workshops are held at the Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center, 9603 Woods Drive, Skokie, IL 60077 unless otherwise noted. For directions, click here.
If your registration is confirmed, you will receive an email the week prior to your workshop with specific details and directions.
How do I obtain graduate credit from Aurora University? How many credits are granted?
To receive graduate credit from Aurora University, you must attend all three full-day workshops for secondary educators. Evening and elementary workshops do not count toward the credit requirement.
By completing a registration form (available at first class) and submitting your $100 tuition payment (by check, made out to Aurora University) on the first day of class, you will be eligible for one semester hour of graduate credit. Your grade will depend on the completion of a final project.
