Secondary classroom educators (teaching 7th grade and above) may apply by submitting the form below. Applications can also be mailed or faxed to the Museum (847.967.4801).

Participants are chosen on a rolling basis by a selection committee. Applications must be received no later than Wednesday, May 12, 2010 for consideration.

NOTE: "Teaching the Holocaust" workshop is now filled. Accepted applicants will be put on a waiting list.
