Secondary classroom educators (teaching 7th grade and above), including community college educators, may apply by submitting the form below. Applications can also be mailed or faxed to the Museum (847.967.4804).

Participants are chosen on a rolling basis by a selection committee. Applications must be received by Monday, June 18, 2012.
